Your date will be secured once deposit is paid. $50 non-refundable deposit due after time of booking and date confirmation.

Remainder of amount owing is due no later than 14 days before your special event.

For Custom Arch Design Full Payment is Required after confirming booking time.

Outside of Nanaimo & Parksville Areas a Travel Fee will be added based on your Location.
