Once you have confirmed your booking date and go through your details with us we’ll put together your custom quote and invoice to follow.

We also include Delivery + Set Up + Take Down

Your date will be secured once deposit is paid. $50 non-refundable deposit due after time of booking and date confirmation for rentals.

Remainder of amount owing is due no later than 14 days before your special event.

For Custom Arch Design Full Payment is Required.

Outside of Nanaimo & Parksville Areas a Travel Fee will be added based on your Location.
